Research Articles: research manuscripts report new evidence or new conclusions which have neither been published before nor are under consideration for publication in another journal. We strongly recommend authors not to unnecessarily divide their work into several related manuscripts.
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
Address: Address of the institution where the work was carried out is given below the name(s) of authors. Present address and e-mail ID for correspondence should be given at footnote indicating by asterisk of the author to whom the correspondence is to be addressed if it is different from the above given address.
The manuscript should not exceed 6 printed pages including tables & figures. Short communication should not exceed 4 printed pages including figures& tables. Paper should be typed in MS Word format 1.5 spaced a one side of A4 sheet leaving 4cm left hand margin, Times New Roman, font size 12, to be submitted in double column alignment.
Title: Title should be in capital letters brief, specific and informative, the scientific name(s) to be in italics.s
Authors: Names of authors to be typed in upper portion of the manuscript and unaccompanied by their degrees, titles etc.
Abstract: The abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, briefly present the topic, state the scope of the experiments, indicate significant data, and point out major findings and conclusions. The abstract should be in about 100 to 150 words. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited.
Key words: maximum of 6 in alphabetical order, suitable for indexing should be given.
Introduction: This should be brief and the previous literature included should be pertinent to the theme of the paper and the objective of the study should also be mentioned here.
Materials and Methods: It should inform the reader about appropriate methodology etc. but if known methods have been adopted only references are to be cited. It should comprise the experimental design and techniques.
Results and Discussion: : It should be combined to avoid repetition. The results should not be repeated in both tables and figures. The discussion should relate to the significance of the observations.
Tables & Figures should have proper titles, essential footnote and to be included in the appropriate positions in the running text of the article.
References: References should be cited in the text by author name(s) and year. A List of all the references quoted should be provided at the end of the paper. It should be prepared alphabetically with surname of all the authors followed by the initials and year of publication in brackets. The titles of the articles should be mentioned. Name of the journal should be typed in italics. Volume numbers need to be in bold type and pagination in normal type.
Two examples one for a paper referred from a journal and another for a reference taken from a book are cited below:
