From the Editors Desk

International Multidisciplinary Innovative Research Journal (IMIRJ-ISSN:2456-4613) to promote and proclaim the high quality of our V.V.Vanniaperumal College for Women, Virudhunagar is the venture of intellectual contribution of the researchers of various disciplines. We strongly feel that research should be an integral part of our academic pursuit in our institution of higher learning.

At this juncture we should thank our college former secretary Thiru.S.K.P.P.V.B. Arumugam, B.Com., for his encouragement and financial support to create a separate website and make our journal as online journal. We also thank the office bearers of the present managing Board Thiru. V.Palanichamy, B.A., President, Tmty. Akila Chandrakumar, Vice President, Thiru. T.T.Mathan, M.B.A., Secretary Tmty. M.Inimai, B.Sc., Joint – Secretary, Thiru. K.A.P.R.R.Chandrasekaran, B.Sc., B.A., Treasurer for their motivation to perform this task of releasing the online journal with Quality and standard to encourage the researchers. To achieve the quality and standard we invite articles from eminent scholars from Universities and colleges of India and Abroad and we have included the Scientists from India and abroad as members of our Editorial Board.

We thank the efficient guidance and coordination of our Principal, Dr.S.Cinthana and we thank the members of the Board of Editors for their academic support and suggestions. We also thank the contributors who have responded in time to give shape to the journal. We acknowledge all those who have worked behind the launching of this research journal.
